5 Steps To Creating Your Dream Home

Here’s how we go about remodeling in five easy steps:

1. Meeting In Your home

Simply get in touch with us by phone, email, or our contact form to arrange an appointment.
A member of our team will visit your home to take a look around and provide you with a complimentary estimate.
To ensure that you are on the same page from the beginning, you and your contractor will discuss your requirements, vision, and budget together.

2. Estimated Costs

After the in-home consultation (or rarely during), we’ll give you a remodel proposal. The labor expenses and schedule for the project are specified in the proposal. The estimate also takes your preferences for design and financial constraints into consideration.

3. Make A Contract

Then, we’ll offer you a typical, simple-to-understand California contract that outlines team roles, your vision, a cost estimate, a timetable, and homeowner concerns in addition to industry building and safety norms and laws. As soon as the deal is signed, we begin working!

4. Preparation And Scheduling

You will have a meeting with your renovation team to go over the job as a whole and the next steps to get things going. This group can include your contractor for ADU Solutions as well as an outside architect, engineer, and/or artist. We can, however, act as a one-stop store if that would be more convenient for you.

If we fill those roles for you, we’ll draft architectural, engineering, and/or design plans for your review and approval. Once the idea is decided upon, we take care of the material delivery and procurement. Any construction permits needed by the city of San Diego for the project’s completion can also be acquired by your project manager.

5. Building & Remodeling

From the demo to the project’s completion, we manage everything. To start, the work site must be enclosed in order to maintain the highest level of cleanliness. We schedule trash collection and drape a dust mask over the construction site to keep dust from settling inside the house. We’re accessible any day of the week, from Monday through Saturday. Your contractor will give you project updates (in person or over the phone, whenever you need them) and offer advice on every aspect of the remodeling on those days and even on non-working days.
